We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified Paint Sprayer/Bodyshop Prepper, responsibilities will include masking, sanding and other necessary preparation work to a high standard, demonstrating a sound, up-to-date knowledge of paint shop prepping, then spray and finish vehicles to the high standards expected by our customers. Individuals who have trained on-the-job will also be considered. You will also need to be able to work under pressure. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the safe movement, cleanliness and display of vehicles across the site both outside and indoors.
What you will be doing :
Movement of vehicles in an efficient manner across the site
Receive new stock on site and check its condition meets Stebbings high Standards
Ensure all vehicles are priced correctly and point of sale material is correct for the vehicles
Ensure the security of the vehicles across the site
Effectively communicate with fellow colleagues
Ability to maintain a safe and productive work environment
Adhere to site regulations and policies regarding Health and Safety and speed limits
Work with and organise the onsite forecourt preparation team
Our Sales Executives plan their own daily selling activities, and handle the whole sales process from identifying customer requirements through to completing the sale (including the agreement of part-exchange prices), delivery and handover.

VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR/ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Due to recent company expansion we are looking for a vehicle administrator to help in our busy accounts office. Previous motor trade experience would be a distinct advantage. There will also be an amount of other accounts administration as well so computer skills are essential with knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, as the position will include purchase ledger and data inputting. Hours can be flexible to suit.
Joining us as a Vehicle Technician within our busy workshop team, will mean carrying out motor vehicle servicing and repairs to approved standards as well as delivering unbeatable customer service every time.
Our Vehicle Technicians carry out diagnosis while undertaking a wide range of servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. As a Vehicle Technician you will ensure effective use of technical knowledge and skills enabling efficient, economic and safe servicing and repair of customer vehicles while building long lasting and effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
All Vehicle Technicians are responsible for accurately completing repair and service records as well as any other appropriate activities and supporting company policy and best practice. You will analyse work orders carefully to understand a vehicle’s condition, the accuracy of the diagnosis, and what work has been agreed to.
What we're looking for :
The ability to work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
A minimum of NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Demonstrates an honest and diligent approach to work
Has a flexible approach to time-keeping
Systematic and organised; pays attention to the finer details
Previous Vehicle Technician diagnostic experience would be an advantage and an understanding of automotive systems and functionalities
Prestige vehicle experience would be an advantage
A full and valid UK Driving Licence
